The products sold are authentic and new, unless otherwise stated.

The Seller acts as an independent reseller.

The odor Scentia website is neither affiliated with nor an official partner of the brands sold, unless expressly stated.

Brand and product names are used for descriptive purposes only.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€) and include all taxes.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.

The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is validated.

Sales are limited to mainland France.

5. Payment Methods

Payment is made exclusively online via secure solutions offered by Shopify (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Payments are processed by secure payment providers.

The Seller does not collect or store any banking information.

6. Contract Formation

The Customer selects the products, adds them to their cart, and then validates their order after reviewing the summary.

Before final validation, the Customer acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation.

The order is considered final after:
• payment validation
• and sending of a confirmation email to the Customer

In accordance with Article L.221-14 of the French Consumer Code, the validation button includes the statement

"order with obligation to pay".

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an invalid payment, an existing dispute, or suspected fraud.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before resorting to legal action.
